The app slows down or speeds up your video right on your phone. It has no internet permission at all, so it cannot send your videos or any other data anywhere by itself.
Nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting, no device identifiers, no location.
A video is read only when you pick it or share it to the app. The original is never changed. Small preview frames for the strip and the new video are written to the app’s temporary storage; the video is then saved to Movies / Video Speed, where it stays yours. Temporary copies are removed the next time the app starts; deleting the app deletes them too.
A picture, GIF or short video you add as a sticker is read only when you pick it in the Android picker. A copy (a short video becomes a small GIF) is kept inside the app so it stays under “Recent”; removing it from Recent deletes the copy, and deleting the app deletes all of them. Stickers are drawn into the video on the phone and are never sent anywhere.
The app sends nothing itself: a file leaves the phone only when you share it to another app (for example mail or a messenger). From that moment that app’s policy applies.
Your settings, theme and language are stored only inside the app. Android backup is turned off for the app.
Changing the speed of a whole video from 0.25× to 4× is free. Pro is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. Optional tips are one-off purchases that unlock nothing. Both are handled by the Google Play app; we never see your payment details.
Google Play Billing and the Google Play rating window are the only outside services involved, both through the Google Play app. Video and sound are processed by the phone’s built-in codecs through the open-source AndroidX Media3 library, inside the app and without the internet. There are no ad networks, no trackers and no analytics SDKs in the app.
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Приложение замедляет или ускоряет ваше видео прямо на телефоне. Разрешения на интернет у него нет вовсе, поэтому само оно не может никуда отправить ни видео, ни какие-либо данные.
Ничего. Ни аккаунтов, ни аналитики, ни рекламных идентификаторов, ни отчётов о сбоях, ни идентификаторов устройства, ни геопозиции.
Видео читается, только когда вы его выбрали или отправили в приложение через «Поделиться». Оригинал не меняется. Маленькие кадры для полосы и новое видео пишутся во временную память приложения; видео сохраняется в Movies / Video Speed, где остаётся вашим. Временные копии удаляются при следующем запуске; удалили приложение — удалились и они.
Картинка, GIF или короткое видео для стикера читается, только когда вы выбрали его в окне выбора Android. Копия (короткое видео становится маленьким GIF) хранится внутри приложения, чтобы оставаться в «Недавних»; убрали из «Недавних» — копия удалена, удалили приложение — удалены все. Стикеры рисуются в видео на телефоне и никуда не отправляются.
Само приложение ничего не отправляет: файл уходит с телефона, только когда вы делитесь им с другим приложением (почтой, мессенджером). Дальше действует политика того приложения.
Настройки, тема и язык хранятся только внутри приложения. Резервное копирование Android для приложения выключено.
Одна скорость на всё видео, от 0.25× до 4×, — бесплатно. Pro — разовая покупка, не подписка. Чаевые по желанию — разовые покупки, ничего не открывают. Всё проводит приложение Google Play; платёжных данных мы не видим.
Единственные внешние сервисы — Google Play Billing и окно оценки Google Play, оба через приложение Google Play. Видео и звук обрабатывают встроенные кодеки телефона через открытую библиотеку AndroidX Media3 — внутри приложения, без интернета. Рекламных сетей, трекеров и аналитических SDK в приложении нет.
Приложение не адресовано детям и не собирает данные ни у кого.
