The app cuts your songs, voice notes and the sound of videos into MP3 right on your phone. It has no internet permission at all, so it cannot send your files or any other data anywhere by itself.
Nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting, no device identifiers, no location.
A file is read only when you pick it or share it to the app. The original is never changed. The cut MP3 is written to the app’s temporary storage and then saved to Music / MP3 Cutter, where it stays yours. When you set it as a ringtone, notification or alarm, a copy goes to Ringtones, Notifications or Alarms. Temporary copies are removed the next time the app starts; deleting the app deletes them too.
The app sends nothing itself: a file leaves the phone only when you share it to another app (for example mail or a messenger). From that moment that app’s policy applies.
Your settings, theme and language are stored only inside the app. Android backup is turned off for the app.
Cutting and setting ringtones is free. Pro is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. Optional tips are one-off purchases that unlock nothing. Both are handled by the Google Play app; we never see your payment details.
Google Play Billing and the Google Play rating window are the only outside services involved, both through the Google Play app. Sound is decoded by the phone’s built-in decoder and encoded to MP3 by the open-source LAME library, inside the app and without the internet. There are no ad networks, no trackers and no analytics SDKs in the app.
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Приложение обрезает песни, голосовые и звук видео в MP3 прямо на телефоне. Разрешения на интернет у него нет вовсе, поэтому само оно не может никуда отправить ни файлы, ни какие-либо данные.
Ничего. Ни аккаунтов, ни аналитики, ни рекламных идентификаторов, ни отчётов о сбоях, ни идентификаторов устройства, ни геопозиции.
Файл читается, только когда вы его выбрали или отправили в приложение через «Поделиться». Оригинал не меняется. Обрезанный MP3 пишется во временную память приложения и сохраняется в Music / MP3 Cutter, где остаётся вашим. Когда вы ставите его на звонок, уведомление или будильник, копия кладётся в Ringtones, Notifications или Alarms. Временные копии удаляются при следующем запуске; удалили приложение — удалились и они.
Само приложение ничего не отправляет: файл уходит с телефона, только когда вы делитесь им с другим приложением (почтой, мессенджером). Дальше действует политика того приложения.
Настройки, тема и язык хранятся только внутри приложения. Резервное копирование Android для приложения выключено.
Обрезать и ставить рингтоны — бесплатно. Pro — разовая покупка, не подписка. Чаевые по желанию — разовые покупки, ничего не открывают. Всё проводит приложение Google Play; платёжных данных мы не видим.
Единственные внешние сервисы — Google Play Billing и окно оценки Google Play, оба через приложение Google Play. Звук декодирует встроенный декодер телефона, в MP3 кодирует открытая библиотека LAME — внутри приложения, без интернета. Рекламных сетей, трекеров и аналитических SDK в приложении нет.
Приложение не адресовано детям и не собирает данные ни у кого.
Если политика изменится, вместе с ней изменится дата вверху.
